Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Vehicle Bookings


  • Booking amounts paid towards a new Citroën vehicle are non-refundable once the order is confirmed, except in special cases approved by management.
  • If the booking is cancelled before order processing, a deduction of administrative fees may apply.

2. Service Payments

  • Payments made online for service appointments are non-refundable once the service is completed.
  • In case of double payment or erroneous transaction, refunds will be initiated to the same payment source within 7–10 working days.

3. Accessories & Merchandise

  • Refunds or replacements are applicable only for defective or damaged items.
  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds (if applicable) are processed through the original mode of payment, such as Razorpay, UPI or Bank Transfer and may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
